The Winter Gao Shan Cha provide you with the strong taste compare to the Spring tea. You can prepare this tea either with the "Gong Fu Cha" method or enjoy it at the restaurant with friends or family member. However, if the waiter / waitress in the restaurant prepare the tea with hot boil water (95 to 100 Degree Celcius), you will enjoy the taste and aroma on first and second preparation only.
