Spring 2008 Gao Shan Cha

The Spring Gao Shan Cha is the most common tea I consume due to it aroma. You can prepare this tea either with the "Gong Fu Cha" method or enjoy it at the restaurant with friends or family member. However, if the waiter / waitress in the restaurant prepare the tea with hot boil water (95 to 100 Degree Celcius), you will enjoy the taste and aroma on first and second preparation only.

Recommendation of Preparation
Tea Pot : Normal Tea Pot or Tea Vessel, 4 to 6 cups size.
Tea Leave : 15 gms Water
Temperature : 85 to 90 Degree Celcius

Recommendation of Preparation (Gong Fu Cha)
Tea Pot : Zi Sha Hu (Red Color), 4 to 6 cups "Bai Yu Bei" size.
Tea Leave : 9 gms Water
Temperature : 75 to 85 Degree Celcius .
