Selection of Taiwan Oolong Tea (台湾乌龙茶)

My first Taiwan Tea is given by Taiwan Manufacturer as Welcome Gift when I went to Taiwan for Product Training in year 2001. I am very happy with that "Goa Shan Tea - 高山茶" as it is not easy to find a good Taiwan Tea in Malaysia at that time. Even though you can get one here and I am sure that you may need to pay for a higher price.
.
For the past 9 years, I visited to Taiwan almost every year and I am lucky enough to have these high grade tea from year to year. I even spent lot of my pocket money and requested friend helping hand to pre-book these Taiwan Green Tea.
.
What is so interesting about the Taiwan "Goa Shan" Tea. Unlike the other country, most of the Taiwan Tea Farm use to be small or medium scale and the tea produce is strictly follow National requirment to ensure the quality of tea. The "Goa Shan" Tea is plant at the high mountain mainly in "Tai Chung" area.
.
.

Various types of Taiwan Tea available in Taiwan market. Which is the best or which one shall I buy ? You can try the tea at the shop before purchase. One of my recommandation is to purchase a small volumn of this Tea and try it at your home. The weather or source of water in your own country may not able to prepare the same cup of tea you try in the purchase location.

.

.

Daily Consumes of Taiwan Tea will Keep you Healthy.
